In a new addition to the historical and intellectual library, a book entitled \u201cArab Political Thought in the Age of Democracy: Muhammad Husayn Haykal as a Model\u201d has recently been published by Harf Publishing and Distribution House and Library. The book was authored by Asst. Lecturer Bashar Farouq Abdul-Omr Al-Shukerji, a faculty member in the Department of History at our College.<\/p>\n
This publication represents the author\u2019s first printed scientific work. It addresses an important aspect of modern Arab political thought through an examination of Muhammad Husayn Haykal as a model, considering him one of the prominent figures of modern Arab thought, culture, and politics. The book also explores a number of political issues and ideas that shaped his era.<\/p>\n
The book is the result of an academic collaboration with Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdul-Razzaq Al-Mulla Jassim, a member of the Iraqi Scientific Academy.<\/p>\n
