This was achieved by presenting the jurists\u2019 views and their evidences, discussing them, and clarifying the aspects of disagreement regarding the issues under study.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The study aimed to clarify Imam Al-Nawawi\u2019s transmissions concerning Zakat issues, uncover his methodology in presenting jurisprudential issues, study the statements and their evidences, clarify the points of disagreement among them, and ultimately weigh and determine the most preponderant opinion on the issues in question.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The discussion committee consisted of:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Prof. Dr. Luqman Hassan Abdullah<\/b> \u2013 <b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"35\">Chairman<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Prof. Dr. Bahaa Al-Din Bakr Hussein<\/b> \u2013 <b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"38\">Member<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Prof. Dr. Iyad Mohammed Hamed<\/b> \u2013 <b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"32\">Member<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Professor Dr. Iyad Mohammed Hamed from the Department of Islamic Education at the College of Basic Education, University of Mosul, participated as a member of a master\u2019s thesis discussion committee in Comparative Jurisprudence.
