This contributes to improving their professional performance and enhancing their ability to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for children.<\/div>\n<div><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Key Topics Covered:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li>\n<div>Major challenges facing kindergarten teachers, including behavioral issues among children.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Communication and interaction difficulties within the kindergarten setting.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Methods for dealing with undesirable behaviors.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The importance of using positive reinforcement, dialogue, problem-solving techniques, and cooperating with families to limit and address educational problems.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>The workshop emphasized the importance of developing the professional and educational competencies of kindergarten teachers, as well as enhancing their ability to effectively manage various educational situations. This supports improving the quality of the educational process and fostering a supportive environment for children&#8217;s development, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)\u2014specifically Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 5 (Gender Equality), and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong
