It highlighted the critical role these interviews play in understanding, diagnosing, and addressing student issues using sound educational and psychological approaches.<\/div>\n<div>Furthermore, the seminar aimed to enhance the effective communication skills of the Supervisory Committee members, developing their capacity to provide psychological and guidance support.
