Discussion of a master’s thesis in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics – Department of Computer ScienceIn the discussion room of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul, on Wednesday, 05\/26-2021, a master’s thesis was discussed entitled:(Designing a cloud system to manage blood and convalescent plasma units for Covid-19 patients using hybridization from real time algorithms)For the student Muhammad Dirar Yunus Al-Ghazal, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dhuha Basheer Abdullah Al-Bazzaz.The thesis aimed to design and implement a cloud system to manage blood and convalescent plasma units for Covid-19 patients using a hybrid of real-time algorithms. The proposed system offers two different models for managing blood units and CCP, as each model uses a proposed allocation method of its own. The proposed system was implemented based on Microsoft Cloud (Azure) services. The proposed system recorded a significant improvement in the efficiency of the allocation process for available units in general and an increase in the allocation rates for critical cases in particular.The discussion committee consisted of:Assist.
