The Master’s thesis entitled: “Effective Spectral Optimization of Conjugate Gradient Method in Unconstrained Optimization” was discussed in Dr. Nidal Al-Asadi’s Hall, College of Computer Science and Mathematics, University of Mosul, Monday 8\/16-2021For the student Ahmed Hussein Sheikho and under the supervision of the assistant professor, Ass. Prof. Dr. Ghada Muayyad Rasheed.This work discussing finding a way to reach the optimal solution of the objective function for a set of non-constrained and non-linear optimization problems. Parameters in the spectral conjugate gradient (three algorithms) have been derived and proposed.
