\nUse hybrid filters to smooth and sharpen video contents using spatial domain
\nThe study touched on the use of the method of
\nHybrid filters on videos to reduce noise and blur affecting them
\nThe study aims to:
\nFinding a way to reduce noise from video clips after converting them into frames, which represent independent images from each other by smoothing these images, and then finding a way to increase their sharpness, because the smoothing process will cause some blurring on the images while working to reduce noise.
\nA proposed method of smoothing and a proposed method of sharpening were reached, and a comparison of the proposed methods of smoothing and sharpening was made with the filters on which the proposed methods were built, and then the artificial bee colony algorithm was used with the proposed methods to obtain further improvement of the results of the proposed methods.
