the purepose ofthis thesis isto give anew class of open sets, which is ph-open set : A subset A of the topologicel Space(X,\u03c4) is said to be ph-o.s if A<\/strong>\u2286<\/strong> int(Cl_Xh (A)) . the \u03c4^cph of ph-o. s is\u00a0 ph-c. A family of ph-o.s is represented by the symbol \u03c4^ph.<\/strong><\/p>\n
