\nUnder the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Prof. Dr. Duha Bashir Abdullah Al-Bazzaz
\nThe College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Center for Peace Building and Peaceful Coexistence and Al-Noor University, and within the Secure Yourself initiative, held an awareness workshop entitled “Security Yourself” on Monday, February 24, 2025.
\nIt was presented by a group of students from the Cyber \u200b\u200bSecurity Department at the college, who are members of the team

\nThe workshop aimed at several things, the most important of which are
\n\u2022 Increasing awareness of digital security
\n\u2022 Teaching safe digital practices
\n\u2022 Promoting a culture of verifying information
\n\u2022 Protecting digital identity
\n\u2022 Empowering communities to defend themselves electronically.
