Discussion of a doctoral thesis at the College of Computer Science and Mathematics – Department of Computer titled: Mobile payment systems: Risks management and vulnerabilities countermeasures.<\/p>\n

the doctoral thesis of the student “Shaimaa Shakib Muhammad” was discussed in the discussion hall of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul on Thursday, September 18, 2025, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Yasin Hikmat Ismail. The thesis addressed the discussion of electronic payment methods and their most important security issues.<\/p>\n

The study addressed finding and proposing new security solutions. The aim of the study is to build a proposed lightweight security protocol to operate on mobile devices. The discussion committee consisted of:<\/p>\n
