Under the patronage and supervision<\/b> of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Prof.Dr.Dhuha Basheer Abdullah Albazaz<\/b>, and as part of the college’s ongoing series of scientific activities,<\/p>\n

The College held a Continuing Education Course titled “Information Hiding for Beginners.”<\/b><\/p>\n

The course was part of the Continuing Education plan for the academic year 2025-2026<\/b> and was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Nadia Maan Mohammed<\/b> on Sunday, September 21, 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Course Objectives<\/b><\/h3>\n

This course aimed to provide participants with a knowledge-based and practical foundation<\/b> on information hiding and how to use these techniques to protect sensitive data and information<\/b> from unauthorized access, especially in the modern technology era where personal and confidential information is increasingly vulnerable to hacking and theft.<\/p>\n

Course Focus<\/b><\/h3>\n

The course highlighted how to use hiding techniques to secure data and defined the types of data that require protection. This included practical applications using languages like MATLAB and Python<\/b>. Furthermore, the course enabled participants to understand security challenges, how to effectively protect data using hiding techniques, and how to identify authorized individuals for data access.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
