The College of Computer Science and Mathematics Organizes an Introductory Workshop on Science Parks and Technology Incubators<\/p>\n
On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Mosul organized an introductory workshop titled “Science Parks and Technology Incubators.” The workshop was held in the college’s cyberspace hall. Professor Duha Bashir Abdullah, Dean of the College, was in attendance, along with a number of faculty members and students.<\/p>\n
The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the working mechanisms of technology incubators and science parks and their importance in supporting entrepreneurial projects. It also highlighted the university’s role in adopting innovative ideas and transforming academic research into productive projects and startup companies that meet the needs of the labor market and contribute to the development of the national economy.<\/p>\n
The workshop was presented by Dr. Omar Qusay Jassim, Director of the Science Parks and Technology Department at the University Presidency, Dr. Khansa Abdul-Ilah Ahmed, Lecturer Mustafa Nazim Salem, and Assistant Lecturer Hisham Yassin Abbas.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
