Among these was a continuing education course titled &#8220;QM Applications in Decision Support in Government Departments and Institutions,&#8221; presented on November 16, 2025, by Professor Dr. Na&#8217;am Abdul-Mun&#8217;im Abdul-Majid.<\/p>\n<p>Course Summary:<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;QM Applications in Decision Support in Government Departments and Institutions&#8221; course covers quantitative methods used in analyzing administrative and service-related problems within government institutions.
