The University’s Psychological Counseling Department held a training course entitled “Study and Worship: Steps for Managing Students’ Time During the Holy Month of Ramadan.” The course aimed to help students organize their time during Ramadan and enable them to achieve a successful balance between studying and worship through structured and flexible time management.<\/p>\n
The course addressed the importance of creating a clear daily schedule that allocates time between studying, prayers, rest, and sleep. It emphasized utilizing periods of heightened mental activity, such as after Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) and Fajr (dawn prayer), or two hours after Iftar (breaking the fast), when concentration levels are higher. This contributes to improved academic performance without compromising spiritual well-being.<\/p>\n
