The College of Computer Science and Mathematics Organizes a Seminar on Digital Identity and Communication Ethics in the Age of Artificial Intelligence<\/p>\n
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, the College\u2014represented by its University Psychological Counseling Division\u2014held an educational and advisory seminar on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, titled “Digital Identity and Social Communication Ethics in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.” The seminar was aimed at students from the Department of Computer Science.<\/p>\n
The session was presented by Dr. Shaimaa Mustafa Muhyiddin and Dr. Alia Qusay Ahmed. The speakers focused on strategies for building a positive and responsible online presence, clarifying the academic and social concepts of digital identity, and emphasizing the importance of digital etiquette and communication ethics to foster civil behavior and mutual respect among individuals.<\/p>\n
The seminar also addressed technical and security aspects related to cybersecurity, highlighting the necessity of protecting personal data from online risks and threats.
