Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Dhuha Bashir Abdullah, the College organized a training course as part of its Continuing Education series for the 2026\u20132027 academic year, titled: “Technical Shield for Document Formatting and Error Prevention.”<\/p>\n

– To develop participants’ skills in professionally formatting electronic documents.<\/p>\n
– To introduce tools for detecting and correcting spelling and grammatical errors.<\/p>\n
– To master the use of document review tools and change-tracking features.<\/p>\n
– To enhance skills in protecting documents against unauthorized modifications.<\/p>\n
– To explore methods for data backup and recovery.<\/p>\n
– To acquire skills for inspecting documents and removing hidden information.<\/p>\n
– To improve document quality and prepare files for printing or electronic distribution.<\/p>\n
– To minimize technical and administrative errors in the preparation of official documents.<\/p>\n
