We are dedicated to cultivating the academic and cultural foundations necessary for international openness, fostering robust partnerships with world-class universities and research centers to facilitate the seamless exchange of knowledge and expertise.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the University Presidency, our department acts as the strategic engine for internationalization. We are tasked with enhancing academic mobility, securing prestigious scholarships, and fostering cultural diplomacy to ensure that our research and pedagogical standards resonate on a global scale.<\/p>\n
