The study investigated the effect of the type and length of different fiber posts on the fracture resistance of endodontically treated mandibular premolars, as well as their influence on the bond strength of the posts to the root canal walls. It was concluded by the research aimed to assess fracture resistance and failure patterns of a set of fiber post systems with two different lengths within the root canal, in addition to evaluating their interfacial adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>The results revealed statistically significant differences in fracture resistance, failure modes, and interfacial adaptation among the different post systems. However, no significant differences were observed in fracture resistance between the two post lengths within each group<\/p>\n<p>The examination committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Emad Farhan Ali\/ College of Dentistry\/ University of Mosul, with membership of Assist. Prof. Dr. Qasim Abdulkarim Mohammed\/ College of Dentistry\/ University of Sumo, Assist. Prof. Dr. Fanar Turki Abdulhamid\/ College of Dentistry \/ University of Mosul, and under the supervision and membership of Assist.
