researchers, in the journal Food Science &amp; Nutrition, issued by the global publishing house Wiley.<br \/>\nThe journal is recognized as one of the reputable international scientific journals, as it is indexed in Scopus (Q1) and Clarivate, with a Cite Score of (7), reflecting its high scientific standing and significant research impact.<br \/>\nThis achievement comes within the framework of strengthening joint scientific research and promoting academic openness toward international collaboration, thereby contributing to the support of the research process and the advancement of scientific output.<br \/>\nThe College Deanship highly values this scientific achievement, affirming its continuous support for researchers and teaching staff, and encouraging publication in reputable international journals, in a manner that contributes to enhancing the academic ranking and strengthening the scientific presence of the University of Mosul.<br \/>\nThis publication represents a qualitative addition to the record of scientific achievements accomplished by the College of Dentistry and reflects the advanced level of scientific research conducted by its academic
