Under the patronage of the esteemed President of the University of Mosul, and in cooperation with the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, and within the framework of the Executive Plan of the National Strategy for Iraqi Women for the year 2026, the Women\u2019s Affairs Committee at the College of Dentistry organized an awareness-raising workshop, under the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College of Dentistry, Assistant Professor Dr. Neam Riyadh Saleem. The workshop was held on Thursday, 29 January 2026, under the title: \u201cThe Role of Iraqi Women in Economic Activity\u201d and was delivered by Ms. Sally Moqdad Younis.
\nThe workshop addressed the importance of the role of women in economic activity and its impact on advancing the economy of the family and society, as well as its contribution to achieving sustainable development and gender equality. The workshop witnessed notable attendance and active engagement from staff members and participants.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
