The Council of the Basic Sciences Branch at the College of Dentistry held its regular meeting under the chairpersonship of Professor Dr. Ghada Abdulrahman Taqa, and in the presence of council members and scientific course coordinators, to deliberate on a number of academic matters included on the meeting agenda.
\nKey Resolutions of the Meeting:
\nQuality and Accreditation: Completing the requirements for laboratory quality in preparation for the anticipated visit of the ministerial committee.
\nScientific Research: Emphasizing the necessity for researchers to complete a minimum of two scientific research papers during the current academic year.
\nGraduation Projects: Approving the timeline and forming discussion committees for students\u2019 graduation projects.
\nStudent Evaluation: Obliging course coordinators to submit reports on feedback mechanisms and the level of student satisfaction with midterm examinations.
\nAt the conclusion of the meeting, the Branch Chair commended the staff\u2019s commitment to the implementation schedule in a manner that supports the academic progress of the College.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
