The study aimed to evaluate the effect of modifying titanium dental implants with Vitamin K2 and Yerba Mate extract on enhancing osseointegration using an experimental laboratory animal model.<br \/>\nThe results showed that Vitamin K2 and Yerba Mate extract contributed to reducing oxidative stress indicators, as determined by measuring malondialdehyde (MDA), total antioxidant capacity (TAC), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) enzyme levels in the tissues. The study also demonstrated that Vitamin K2 and Yerba Mate extract improved osseointegration and accelerated the healing process, as confirmed by increased gene expression of osteogenic markers (Runx2 and Osteocalcin).<br \/>\nHistological findings further confirmed that Vitamin K2 and Yerba Mate extract improved histological parameters, indicating enhanced and promoted osseointegration.<br \/>\nThe examination committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Tahani Abdulaziz Al-Sunduq, with the membership of Assistant Professor Ahmed Shihab Al-Tawil and Professor Junaa Khalid Mamdouh, and under the supervision and membership of Professor Dr. Ghada Abdulrahman Taqa.<br \/>\nThe thesis was accepted after making the required revisions.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style>\n\t\t\t#gallery-1 {\n\t\t\t\tmargin:
