The Planning and Studies Division at the College of Dentistry, University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Department of Planning and Studies \/ Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, held a workshop entitled \u201cUpdate Your Data and Collect Your Biometric Card: Ensuring Your Participation in the Upcoming Elections\u201d on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, at the Discussion Hall in the College building.<\/p>\n

The workshop was delivered by Ms. Sally Muqdad, a member of the Media and Government Communication Division at the College of Dentistry. It addressed the importance of updating personal data and collecting biometric cards, as well as their role in ensuring citizens\u2019 participation in the upcoming electoral processes.<\/p>\n

The workshop was held as part of the continuing education activities included in the College\u2019s plan for the academic year 2026\u20132027, in alignment with a number of Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the objectives of the National Strategy for Education and Teaching (2022\u20132031).<\/p>\n

The workshop was attended by members of the College, with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of procedures related to biometric cards and electoral participation.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
