Master’s Thesis in the College of Education for Pure Science, Department of Mathematics…

In fulfillment of the fourth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (quality education), a master’s thesis entitled “Teaching Mathematics Using the Allometric Learning Model and Its Impact on Second-Year Intermediate Students’ Acquisition of Mathematical Concepts and the Development of Their Emotional Intelligence” was discussed at the College of Education for Pure Science, at the University of Mosul on Wednesday, June 24, 2025.
This study, submitted by the student Ghufran Yahya Qasim Muhammad from the Department of Mathematics, discussed the teaching of mathematics using the allometric learning model and its impact on second-year intermediate students’ acquisition of mathematical concepts and the development of their emotional intelligence. To achieve the research objective, the researcher formulated two null hypotheses: the first related to the acquisition of mathematical concepts in mathematics, and the second related to the development of emotional intelligence among second-year intermediate students.
The discussion committee was chaired by the Experienced Professor Dr. Abdul-Razzaq Yassin Abdullah, with Professor Dr. Enas Younis Mustafa and Lecturer Dr. Omar Fadel Himmadi as members, and Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Obaid Dahawi and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Qader Bilal as both members and supervisors.
The master’s thesis was accepted. Congratulations to the student and her supervisors on this academic achievement.
