The college of education for humanities, department of educational sciences and educational psychology, discussed a thesis on Creative Leadership and its relation to Organizational Excellence among Heads of Departments of the University of Mosul from the Teaching Staff’s Point of View on Tuesday 14\/5\/2024<\/p>\n
A part of it was attended by the dean, head of the said department and a number of the faculty’s teaching staff.<\/p>\n
The study, presented by Mohammed Duraid Mohammed Alwan, showed that creative leadership plays a vital role among heads of departments in addressing the challenges of globalism and technical and information advancements in the realm of educational management.<\/p>\n
