{"id":39024,"date":"2025-05-27T08:00:56","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T08:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/educationhc\/?p=39024"},"modified":"2025-05-27T08:00:56","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T08:00:56","slug":"collective-iftar-for-dormitory-students-during-ramadan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/educationhc\/2025\/05\/27\/collective-iftar-for-dormitory-students-during-ramadan\/","title":{"rendered":"Collective Iftar for Dormitory Students During Ramadan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The University of Mosul Organizes Collective Iftar for Dormitory Students During Ramadan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of its continuous efforts to support students, especially those residing outside the city of Mosul and from other provinces,<br \/>\n<strong>the Presidency of the University of Mosul<\/strong>, led by <strong>Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi<\/strong>,<br \/>\nand the <strong>Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Hazim Dhanoun Ismail Al-Sabawi<\/strong>,<br \/>\nalongside the <strong>Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs<\/strong>,<br \/>\norganized a <strong>collective iftar initiative<\/strong> for students living in dormitories.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative, held during the blessed month of <strong>Ramadan<\/strong>, included the distribution of <strong>600 iftar meals<\/strong> and falls under the framework of supporting the <strong>Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This annual tradition reflects the college\u2019s commitment to <strong>checking on the students\u2019 well-being<\/strong>, especially during Ramadan, by engaging with them personally and responding to their needs.<\/p>\n<p>Students expressed their <strong>appreciation and gratitude<\/strong> for this generous gesture, highlighting the spirit of <strong>solidarity and warmth<\/strong> that filled the evening.
