As part of efforts to raise awareness of Sustainable Development Goals\u2014specifically Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being\u2014the Student Activities Division, in cooperation with the Media and Government Communications Division at our college and the Student Activities Department at university presidency, organized an awareness campaign titled \u201cThe Importance of Daily Physical Activity\u201d<\/em> on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.<\/p>\n

The campaign aimed to present key guidelines highlighting the benefits of daily exercise, including improving cardiovascular health, boosting metabolism, strengthening muscles and bones, enhancing mood and brain function, and supporting immune system function.<\/p>\n

As part of the campaign, digital awareness posters were designed and displayed on the electronic screens located throughout the college\u2019s main building and its various departments, ensuring the message reached the largest possible number of students and staff.<\/p>\n
