The \u201cSmart Waste Management System\u201d project won second place in the national competition for innovative projects in Iraq.<\/p>\n

The competition was held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at University of Sulaymaniyah, with direct support from the German DAAD organization, as part of the Falling Walls Lab Iraq 2025<\/em> competition for pioneering and innovative projects.<\/p>\n

This achievement would not have been possible without the direct support and encouragement of President of University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, Deanship of College of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering Management, and the tireless efforts of the engineering team members from Departments of Computer Engineering and Architecture Engineering, along with everyone who believes in the power of innovation to shape a sustainable future for our beloved country.<\/p>\n

The project was presented by Adel Mohammed Adnan, a third-year student in Department of Computer Engineering, in a three-minute competition before the judging Committee and the audience at University of Sulaymaniyah.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
