{"id":42549,"date":"2026-07-10T09:11:23","date_gmt":"2026-07-10T09:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/engineering\/?p=42549"},"modified":"2026-07-14T09:13:32","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T09:13:32","slug":"42549","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/engineering\/2026\/07\/10\/42549\/","title":{"rendered":"College of Engineering Launches a Humanitarian Initiative to Support Al-Hadbaa Specialized Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"723\">Under the direction of Dean of College of Engineering at University of Mosul, <strong data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"270\">Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Mohammed Hamdoon<\/strong>, and as part of the College&#8217;s commitment to social responsibility, humanitarian initiatives, and the achievement of the <strong data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"431\">Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong>\u2014particularly <strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"484\">Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"523\">Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities), <\/strong>College provided a quantity of <strong data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"592\">disposable medical bed sheets<\/strong> to support patients with special needs and help meet some of their essential healthcare requirements on <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"722\">Thursday, 9 July 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"1024\">As part of this initiative, the medical bed sheets were delivered to <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"875\">Al-Hadbaa Specialized Hospital for Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation<\/strong>, in support of the hospital&#8217;s ongoing efforts to provide high-quality healthcare services, particularly to patients with the greatest medical needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1435\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">This initiative reflects the College of Engineering&#8217;s commitment to utilizing its resources in the service of the community, strengthening cooperation with healthcare institutions, and promoting the values of solidarity, compassion, and humanitarian giving.
