He also reviewed modern techniques used to develop these electronic components and improve their characteristics and performance.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture covered the fundamental operating principles of field-effect transistors, technological advances in their manufacturing processes, and the challenges associated with device miniaturization and efficiency enhancement.
