Dr. Hassan Mahmoud Al-Haj Qasem, Dr. Hafidh Abd Yahya and Mrs. Baidaa Hanna safo ( Lecturers of Architecture engineering department \/ college of engineering) participated in the Second International Conference of Architecture and Interior Design (ICAD2019) organized by the University of Chek International in Erbil from 4-5\/11\/2019. Dr. Hafidh Abd Yahya opened the first research session in the second panel discussion entitled ” Solar capital and built environment “. Mrs. Baidaa Hanna presented her research entitled “Sustainable design in between traditional & contemporary architecture” as Dr. Hassan presented his research entitled “Contemporary mosque architecture of Erbil”. The conference included lectures by international specialists like Dr. Rasim Badran and Italian Professor Enrique Fontnary and Dr. Ghada Al-selq from University of Baghdad.
