In implementation of the directives of Presidency of Mosul University to publish in international classifiers to enhance the name and scientific position of the university, a scientific research was published by Dr. Oday Asal Saleh, and Assist. Prof. Dr. Suhaib Yahya Qasim (Lecturers in College of Engineering \/ Civil Engineering Department) in a journal (Case Studies in Construction Materials Journal) from Elsiver Publishing with a high impact factor and within Scopus Database.The research dealt with the second bridge of city of Mosul and its reconstruction, by developing a method to remove and move parts of it for the purpose of its reconstruction, which has been examined and proven laboratory and theoretically.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
