Participation of lecturers from the College of Engineering represented by Dr. Bassam Ihsan Al-Hafidh
from Department of Architecture Engineering and Dr. Omar Mohammed from Department of Environmental Engineering
at the International Seminar held on Thursday 19\/12\/2019 in the French Cultural Center between each:- University of Mosul, represented by Dr. Muhammad Zuhair, head of the Francophone Division at the University of Mosul,- The Iraqi ambassador to France, Dr. Haider.
– In addition to representatives of the French nightmare organization.
With a view to removing obstacles for those wishing to complete a master’s and doctorate in France with all specializations,
this seminar was attended by a large group of students wishing to complete studies in French universities,
and both the head of the French language department Mr. Ahmed Hassan and Mrs. Hala were also hosted by the Division of Learners
outside Iraq at the University of Mosul .
This seminar involved discussing a wide range of important points, as follows:
1- Mechanism for obtaining admission and study requirements in France
2- Universities’ requirements for language levels and completion of a summary of the study
3- Types of housing in France
4- Student health insurance
5- Financial obligations that will be paid to students by the Iraqi government,
and the obligations that will be provided by the French authorities.
During this constructive meeting, a group of questions asked by the students were answered.
