According to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research,
and in implementation of directives of Prof. Dr. kossay Kamalaldeen Al-Ahmadi, rector of University of Mosul,
A joint scientific cooperation agreement was signed between the College of Engineering, Mosul University,
and the Technical Engineering College \/ Mosul,
by Prof. Dr. Bayar Jaafar Al-Sulyvani, Dean of College of Engineering and
Dean of the College Engineering Technology Asst. Prof. Dr. Majed Khalil Najm.
The signing ceremony was attended by the heads of the scientific departments and
dean’s assistant in the College of Engineering and the heads of the scientific departments
at the Technical Engineering College.
During the signing ceremony, the terms of the joint scientific agreement were discussed,
and the two parties agreed to strengthen relations and mutual coordination between them,
and extend bridges of cooperation between the two sides with a view to developing scientific capabilities
between the two colleges and their scientific departments, by exchanging information, experiences, training,
and building scientific specifications and standards that are consistent with scientifically solid standards
and the two parties agreed to Joint work to achieve these standards and supervise their implementation,
which will open many areas of scientific theoretical and applied scientific research in a way
that enhances the robustness and sobriety of scientific research work in the two colleges.
