The Council of Electrical Engineering Department held On Saturday, April 4\/2020, chaired byDr.AhmedNasr Bahjat Al-Sammak via electronic media “Google Meet “in thepresence of all members of the Council. the following matters were discussed during the meeting:
1- Instructions and directions of Presidency of Mosul University and the College Council in 01\/04\/2020
2-E-learning and the commitment of students to attend and interact with direct electronic lectures within a program “Meet ” As well as with lectures and assignments within “Google classroom ” And within the timings of the announced schedules,and ensuring that attendance and participation are grades within the annual endeavor.
3-Methods of developing the e-learning and dealing with students in a manner that ensures its continuation and success.
4-Communicate with students within the department committeesto remove obstacles towards greater interaction andsuccess and sustainability of the e – learning system.
5-Inform postgraduate students that they have a three-month compensationperiod thatcan be fixed if the student needs it.
6-Activating the department’s committees electronically to perform its role in following up and assigning the department’s management.
7-All official correspondence shall bemade exclusivelyusing theofficialemail..
8-Follow-up of student registration in the courses system.
