The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Environmental Science at the University of Mosul is a four-year, full-time undergraduate program comprising 240 ECTS credits and aligned with the Bologna Process. The program provides students with a strong foundation in the basic sciences (biology, chemistry, and geosciences) and fundamental environmental principles, followed by advanced study in core environmental disciplines, including ecology, environmental chemistry, atmospheric science, pollution control, and climate change management. The curriculum integrates theoretical knowledge with laboratory experiments, field training, environmental impact assessment (EIA) methodologies, research activities, and project-based learning to develop technical competence and professional skills. Graduates acquire the analytical, practical, communication, and problem-solving abilities required to monitor and assess environmental conditions and to support the protection and sustainable management of ecosystems. The program also prepares graduates for professional careers, lifelong learning, and postgraduate study while promoting ethical responsibility, teamwork, innovation, service to society, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
