In conjunction with the initiative to plant five million trees launched by the Prime Minister and the major afforestation campaign launched by Nineveh Governorate and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker and the Artistic and Cultural Activities Unit at the college, the College of Environmental Sciences launched an awareness campaign today, Thursday, December 24, 2024, by distributing brochures inside the University of Mosul to students and affiliates and pasting slogans in the university corridors and college entrances about the importance of afforestation and its benefits.<\/p>\n
