Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker, and the follow-up of Assistant Professor Dr. Rahab Abdul-Jabbar Hamid, Head of the Department of Environmental Health, the Department of Environmental Health, in cooperation with the Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul \/ Department of Studies and Planning, held a workshop entitled (Production, isolation and diagnosis of medically active compounds using some modern techniques) this morning, Thursday, November 7, 2024, in the college discussion hall.<\/p>\n

The workshop included an explanation of the technique of culturing plant tissues as a source of food and medically active compounds and an explanation of how the HPLC device works.<\/p>\n

It also included methods for diagnosing organic compounds using infrared rays.<\/p>\n
