Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker, and within the framework of the third national plan for women, security and peace, the College of Environmental Sciences \/ Women’s Affairs Committee, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul and the Continuing Education Unit, held a scientific workshop entitled “Enhancing women’s self-confidence and their leadership role in management”, this morning, Wednesday, February 26, 2025, in the auditorium hall in our college.<\/p>\n

It was delivered by Lecturer Dr. Basman Salah Omar and Lecturer Dr. Amoush Abdul Qader, lecturers at the College of Education for Humanities at our university.<\/p>\n

The lecture included explaining the role of women in society and its importance, defining the concept of self-confidence in women, as well as the most important problems that women face in society.<\/p>\n

The workshop aimed to clarify the leadership role of women in society and their contribution to the development of education, politics and the environment.<\/p>\n
