Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker, and under the supervision of the Head of the Climate Change Department, Dr. Ali Zain Al-Abidin Al-Azeer, a seminar titled “Climate Change and Its Impact on Human Health and Well-being” was held in the Climate Change Department on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The seminar was presented by Dr. Liqa Saeed, a lecturer in our college’s Climate Change Department.<\/p>\n

The lecture included an introduction to climate change and its impact on human health, the relationship between climate change and the spread of various infectious diseases, animal diseases, and natural disasters, as well as air pollution, heat waves, and the psychological effects of climate change on humans.<\/p>\n
