\nThe workshop highlighted metabolic diseases by explaining their causes, mechanisms, and effects on the body’s organs, while also discussing metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and lipid disorders. It presented the latest findings on inflammation and oxidative stress, in addition to assessment and prevention methods based on nutrition and physical activity, and concluded with recommendations to promote awareness and early detection. The workshop contributed to achieving five of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Goal 2, Goal 3, Goal 4, Goal 10, and Goal 17.<\/p>\n
