The department also prepares special designs for facilities related to reducing the effects of environmental pollution, in addition to the department\u2019s teaching staff conducting research and supervising graduate students and teaching in university college departments related to their specializations. It is also considered an engineering department responsible for developing methods of protection and control of pollution, contributing to the implementation of laws, and applying the results of studies and research carried out by the center\u2019s staff.
