On the third day, October 24, 2023, of the continuing education course entitled \u201cThe Tigris River between Reality and Ambition,\u201d which is held by the Environmental Research Center, there was a lecture on water entitled \u201cEmerging Pollutants in Water,\u201d delivered by Dr. Zakaria Nafi Mahmoud Shehab (a staff member of our center), in which he explained the pollutants introduced into water are a growing source of concern in rivers due to their potential negative effects on human health and the environment. Therefore, the sources of these pollutants in the environment must be understood.<\/p>\n
