On the fourth day, October 25, 2023, of the continuing education course entitled (The Tigris River between Reality and Ambition), held by the Environmental Research Center, two lectures were given linked to water subject, the first of which was entitled \u201cWater quality and its effects on various uses,\u201d delivered by the assistant lecturer, Amna Fares Farhan (a teaching staff at our center). In which she talked about determining the quality of water and its suitability for different uses using water quality index. The second lecture was titled \u201cSustainable Water Management… Problems and Solutions,\u201d delivered by the assistant lecturer , Reem Nawzat Ahmed, in which she explained the importance of sustainability of water resources, how to manage them, the problems and obstacles, and how to face them.<\/p>\n
