Usable water is considered an urgent necessity for life in all its forms, and due to the severe shortage in water supplies and for several reasons, including climate change, the increase in population numbers, and its lack of availability in a proportional manner to the population size, it is therefore necessary to reduce water consumption through scientific methods, as well as to manage water properly without creating a deficit in the demand for water. In order to understand how to rationalize the use of water correctly, the Environmental Research Center held a seminar on Sunday, December 3, 2023, entitled \u201cRationalization of water use is our path to achieving sustainable development,\u201d delivered by Assistant Professor Taha Ahmed Al-Tayyar in the Environmental Research Center\u2019s lecture hall, attended by teachers and employees of the Center.<\/p>\n
