<\/p>\nDr. Mai Abdel Hafez Abdel Qader (teacher at our center) and Mr. Muhammad Qasim Ali (associate at our center) participated on Wednesday, December 14, 2023, in a dialogue session with community leaders and decision makers about \u201cClimate change and its effects on the environment and agriculture in the Nineveh Plain\u201d within the local capacity development project. To build peace in Nineveh, which is implemented by the Tahrir Society for Development in partnership with the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute and funded by the Robert Bosch Foundation.
\nThe session included a review of the outputs and results of research and community dialogue sessions, learning about the vision of decision makers regarding plans and strategies to confront the effects of climate change on society in the field of agriculture and the environment, and discussing the most important solutions proposed by decision makers to address the challenges facing agriculture and the environment due to climate change.<\/p>\n
