<\/p>\nOn Thursday, July 11, 2024, the training course held by the Environmental Research Center, entitled \u201cSolar energy and its role in enhancing occupational safety: challenges and solutions,\u201d was concluded with a lecture given by Assistant Professor Taha Ahmed Al-Tayyar, in which he talked about the mechanism of work of solar cells, the components of the cell, and how to connect the cells inside the panel. The solar panel and the connection between the different panels to increase the electrical voltage difference required to equip the homes or residential complexes. After that, the participants visited the center\u2019s laboratories and learned about the equipment present in the laboratories, as well as learning about the type of tests conducted by the center. The participants will later be provided with certificates of participation for the course.<\/p>\n
