<\/p>\nOn Monday, October 28, 2024, students of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry (second-year students of the Field Crops and Agricultural Economics departments), accompanied by a group of their lecturers, headed by lecturer assistant. Roaa Adel Hamed and Israa Maan Ahmed, made a scientific visit to the laboratories of the Environmental Research Center as a part of the practical curriculum for the subject (Principles of Food Industries). The visit began with a visit to the Microbiology Laboratory to learn about the nature of the laboratory’s work, where Dr. Mai Abdel Hafez Abdel Qader (laboratory manager) gave a simplified explanation of the laboratory’s work mechanism, the tests conducted in it, the type of samples received, how to conduct tests on them, and write reports on the extent of their contamination.
\nThe students then visited the Environmental Engineering Laboratory, where Dr. Riyad Mahmoud Saleh (a lecturer at our center) gave a brief explanation of the scientific sequence of water analysis in laboratories.<\/p>\n
