Within the framework of systematic work to achieve sustainable development in Iraq, Dr. Raghad Hashim Al-Mallah \/ Lecturer at the Environmental Research Center presented a study that sheds light on human resources accounting and its contribution to evaluating human capital (because the human being is the most valuable capital in development processes) and disclosing it in the financial statements, which in turn will enable senior management to make sound decisions related to work efficiency and its competitive position and achieving social justice and many sustainable development goals<\/p>\n
