\n**Participates in the Climate Change Forum in Nineveh Governorate**<\/p>\n

Under the guidance of the Director of the Environmental Research Center, the center participated in the Climate Change Forum in Nineveh Governorate, represented by Assistant Professor Taha Ahmed Al-Tayyar, Head of the Environmental Systems and Information Department, Dr. Ali Bashir Aziz, Head of the Pollution Control Department, and Dr. Mai Abdulhafiz Abdulqadir.<\/p>\n

The Environmental Research Center presented working papers and presentations highlighting the results of its research on the impact of climate change on the environment in Nineveh. The center called for enhanced cooperation between government institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the local community to address these challenges. It also emphasized the importance of adopting sustainable policies and supporting environmental projects that contribute to improving the quality of life and protecting natural resources.<\/p>\n

This forum is considered a significant step towards strengthening joint efforts to combat climate change in Iraq in general and in Nineveh Governorate in particular.<\/p>\n
